BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and may vary depending on the booking period or promotions.
• A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation.

Guests must ensure all information provided during booking is accurate. Villas Reynoso reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if incorrect information is detected.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: After 2:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

At Villas Reynoso, we understand that travel plans can change. Our flexible cancellation policy is designed to provide peace of mind while ensuring fair scheduling for all guests.

Flexible Cancellation System:

• For reservations made less than 3 days in advance, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to receive a full refund.
• For reservations made one week in advance, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to receive a full refund.
• For reservations made one month or more in advance, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable) are always processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation outside the stated notice periods, the total booking amount may be charged.

If a reservation needs to be canceled by Villas Reynoso due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future stay.
