Please read our Terms and Conditions before making any reservation.

1. Introduction

Welcome to VillasReynoso.com. By making a reservation through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking. These terms apply to all reservations made directly through our website.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

  • We do not accept cash payments upon arrival.

3. Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Any cancellation request submitted less than 24 hours prior to check-in will not be accepted, and the full booking amount will be charged.

  • No-shows or early departures will not result in any refund, credit, or date change.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: After 2:00 PM (unless otherwise arranged in writing).

  • Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM (noon).

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • The guest named on the reservation must be present at check-in and provide a valid government-issued ID.

  • The property must be used exclusively for residential and vacation purposes. Parties, events, or commercial use are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.

  • Guests must respect local laws, neighbors, and community rules during their stay.

  • Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be charged to the guest’s payment method on file.

6. Occupancy Limits

  • The number of guests must not exceed the limit stated in the booking confirmation.

  • Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. Property Condition and Security Deposit

  • The property must be left in good condition upon departure.

  • If required, a security deposit will be stated at the time of booking. Any damage or violation of these Terms may be deducted from the deposit or charged directly to the guest.

8. Host Access to the Property

  • The host or authorized staff may enter the property for necessary maintenance, repairs, or inspections with prior notice whenever possible. In emergencies, immediate access is permitted.

9. Liability

  • VillasReynoso.com and the property owner are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

  • Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their companions.

10. Force Majeure

  • VillasReynoso.com is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from a booking or stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dominican courts.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • VillasReynoso.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future bookings made after the terms are updated.
