Can I arrive after the scheduled check-in time?

The scheduled key pick-up time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If for any reason you are unable to receive the keys at the scheduled time, please contact Adriana, who is the property manager, and this will be no problem. Please note that you are renting a local apartment, not a hotel, so there will be no one waiting for your arrival after the scheduled check-in time.

Is apartment cleaning included in the price?

Cleaning of the apartments during your stay is not included in the price. If you need clean towels or sheets, you can ask Adriana, the property manager, and there will be no problem. However, if you need the apartment cleaned, a cleaning fee will be charged. Please keep in mind that you are renting a local apartment and not a hotel, so apartment cleaning is not included.

Can I find small supermarkets or restaurants near the property?

In this area, you can find small food stores or basic cooking and beverage supplies. There are also some restaurants on the main street and in Playita. If you don’t want to cook, please ask Adriana, the property manager, if you need any guidance on where they are located.

What is the exact location of the property?

The property is located about 5 minutes from Playita de las Galeras in Samaná. You will receive the exact location and a map link with the geolocation once your reservation is confirmed. You’ll also receive a link to (Places you can enjoy on Samaná) containing some of the most visited places in Samaná.

Can I find a place to rent a vehicle near the property?

I may be able to find a place to rent a motorcycle, but it’s highly recommended to rent a vehicle before arriving or arrive by car if you plan to stay more than three days. If your plans are just to enjoy the beach, it’s not necessary. However, if you want to explore Samaná, it’s highly recommended. Although there are motoconchos or small public buses, please keep in mind that this is a very remote area from the city, so don’t expect to find the comforts or amenities of the city.

Is the apartment suitable for four adults?

The apartment has a double room for a couple and a small room for two children, I do not recommend the small room for two adults but I also have no problem with two adults using it, please keep in mind that it is a small room as shown in the images, if you make the decision to rent the apartment for four adults be aware that you will find a small room for two children in which two adults could sleep without any problem, but do not get any other ideas than those shown in the images.
