Terms and Conditions for the 20% Advance Payment Offer

Advance Payment Requirement
To confirm a reservation, a 20% advance payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This payment secures the reservation and is subject to the cancellation and refund policy detailed below.

Payment of the Remaining Balance
The remaining 80% balance must be paid upon arrival at the property.

Guests may choose to pay:

• In cash, directly at the property
• Through a secure PayPal link, which will be provided upon request prior to or at check-in.

Failure to complete the remaining payment upon arrival may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the 20% advance payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The 20% advance payment will only be refunded under the following conditions:

1. Reservations of up to 3 nights: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
2. Reservations of 4 to 7 nights: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in time.
3. Reservations longer than 7 nights: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in time.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations made after the deadlines above will result in the loss of the 20% advance payment.
• No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will also result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

Modification of Reservations
Requests to modify reservation dates must be made within the same notice periods mentioned above. Approval of changes is subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen events beyond the guest’s control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel disruptions), management may, at its discretion, offer credit or rescheduling options instead of a refund.

Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation and paying the 20% advance, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
