Thank you for choosing Villas Reynoso. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible. Please review the policy below before confirming your booking.

Standard Reservations

• Guests may cancel a reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
• If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or in case of no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Non-Refundable Bookings

• Some special rates or promotions may be labeled as “Non-Refundable.”
• These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show.

Modifications

1. Date changes or guest number adjustments may be accepted, depending on availability and rate differences.
2. Requests for changes should be made in writing via your E-mail, Contact form or Whatsapp

Early Departures

Guests who leave before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not notified us, the booking will be marked as a “no-show” and no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In cases of natural disasters, flight cancellations, or other events beyond your control, we will review each situation individually and may offer a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion.

Include your booking name, check-in date, and reservation details in your message.
